Products I've Used Up- Skincare | November 2015

Today, we'll be having a rummage through my empties to see what I've used up lately and give mini reviews on each of them. I was going to do a collective empties post, however I found I had a lot of skincare products and I didn't want to make this post too long so i'm going to do separte ones- the other will be coming soon but lets get on with it and show you what I've used up and what I thought of them.

Garnier Moisture Matte Moisturiser

This is my favourite drugstore moisturiser. I've repurchased this many of times and I will continue to, I have no doubt you've probably seen this on my blog before. It's super hydrating, sinks into the skin quickly and stays matte so my face doesn't look like an oil slick.

L'Occitane Pivoine Sublime Cream

I saw that L'Occitane were doing skincare trials where you could get a 7 day free sample tailored to your skins needs. This claimed to help with colour correcting and hydration. As this was only a 7 day sample, I can't say I noticed any colour correction, however my skin felt well hydrated and smooth. This seems like a good moisturiser but for the price tag of £32, I'll stick to my Garnier Moisture Matte mentioned previously.

Origins Ginzing Moisturiser

This is another product that was raved about so I thought I'd give it a go. I have a deluxe sample which I got from a gift set. I actually did a full review on the set, here
I did like this moisturiser, it was light, sank into the skin quickly but it's supposed to 'wake up your skin' but I still found mine looked pretty dull after using this. Considering it's price tag, I won't be repurchasing this.

Origins Night-A-Mins Moisturiser

This one also came as part of the set. I'd never properly used a night cream before so I was looking forward to try this. This was really hydrating, sank in quickly and left my skin feeling super soft and plump in the morning. I've noticed a big difference in my skin since I finished this, my skin has been a little dry in places and I've been breaking out. It might not be, but I'm pretty sure it's down to this. It's a little pricey which is why I haven't repurchased it yet but I definitely will after Christmas.

The Body Shop Vitamin E Day Moisturiser

I love the Vitamin E range, I think it'd be perfect for those with normal/combination skin. This moisturiser is light and hydrating. It also smells really nice too. I'd definitely think about buying this again!

The Body Shop Vitamin E Cream Cleanser

Another from the Vitamin E range. This is a light, gentle cleanser that I used as a second cleanse after taking my makeup off. This left my skin feeling refreshed, soft and hydrated. I loved taking this off with a hot muslin cloth. Another I would consider purchasing!

Soap and Glory Hot Pore Cleanser

Apparently this is similar to the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish, one I've been wanting to try for a while. This again is good for a second cleanse as it's deep cleaning and really gets into the pores. This would be great for a pamper night, it has such a relaxing scent and feels like a luxury product. I'm unsure whether I'll be picking this up before I try the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish but I'll let you know I'm sure.

Simple Soothing Facial Toner

This was the first toner I had used in a long while and I must admit I did enjoy using it. As it's Simple the ingredients are very natural therefore it should be kind to the skin and would be great for anyone with super sensitive skin. In comparison to the current toner I'm using, I much prefer this one so I would buy this again. I've seen Simple have a pore minimising toner too so I must give that a go!

Garnier and Boots Botanics Micellar Cleansing Water

I've gone through a good few bottles of the Garnier Micellar Water as I love it. I got a bit bored so thought I'd try another. Although the Botanics one is good, I found I needed a lot more to break down my makeup. I also found the Botanics one left my eyes a little bit sore afterwards where as the Garnier one is so gentle and kind on the eyes. I'll definitely be repurchasing the Garnier one!

La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo

Has anyone else spotted those little baskets in Boots in the skincare section with samples of products to try? I always pick them up. This was one of them! This was a highly raved about product so I knew I had to try it. It's supposed to help with blemishes to reduce the size/appearance of them and to help reduce the appearance of spot scars. I did use this all up but it didn't make much of a difference, I'm so disappointed! I definitely won't be buying this. Have you tried it?

Soap and Glory Hand Food and Heel Genius Foot Cream

Hand Food is definitely a well loved product in the blogging world. I don't  love it nor hate it. This again has the typical Soap and Glory scent, it's hydrating and softening but I find it leaves a greasy residue on my hands which I don't enjoy. This isn't a bad product and if I was gifted it again, I would use it- probably before I go to sleep though.
I'd not heard much about the Heel Genius Foot Cream but I was willing to give it a go. This has more of a minty scent which is nice and refreshing. I pop this on after I've showered and put socks straight on to lock it in and let it sink in. I will repurchase this once I've finished the bottle I'm currently using- it makes my feet so soft! If you've got any beach holidays coming up, I'd definitely recommend this to soften the skin so they look good in sandals!

Well, that was a strange one to end on- i'm sorry! Haha! These are the products I've used up recently, there are a few repurchases and a few misses. Let me know if you've tried any of these products below in the comments and what you thought of them! I'll be back on Wednesday with a little update!

Currently Loving | October Favourites

I'm going to be a typical blogger and highlight how fast this month has gone. Seriously where has October gone? Christmas is creeping up on us and I couldn't be more excited. Myself and Pastel Blasts Beauty have decided to share with you some of the things we've been loving this month, click here to take you straight to her blog and see what she's been loving during the month of October.

I think i'll start with makeup today, both are actually Rimmel products- just putting it out there that this isn't sponsored, haha! I picked up both these products on a deal in Boots, probably something like 2 for £10 which is a bargain!

I had heard lots about the Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation and I saw that it had been reformulated, claiming to have a pore blurring effect. This sounded perfect for me as I have quite large open pores around my nose so I was hoping this would minimise the appearance of them. It definitely does! This foundation is also very light and natural so is ideal for everyday wear. I also found it's super easy to blend so is perfect for when i'm in a rush in the mornings.

The next product that I've been loving is the Rimmel Kate Moss Matte Lipstick in 107. So many beauty bloggers rave about this so I thought i'd give it a go. I expected it to be a darker berry shade, however I find it's more pink on my lips. I have recently been really enjoying wearing it though as it lasts a good while on my lips with liner. I also feel this would be perfect for those experimenting with darker lip options, this is very wearable so give it a whirl!

Next up is nails, i'm sure you will have seen this nail varnish on my blog before. It's the Rimmel Lycra Pro Nail Varnish in Hypnotise- the perfect shade for Autumn/Winter! I love wearing this on my nails, you can see my review here. Whenever I take this off, almost every time I want to put it back on! I think this would look pretty with a glitter on top and would look especially great during the Christmas/Party Season.

Now onto skincare. My first product is something I've rediscovered this month, it's the Soap and Glory Hot Cloth Pore Cleanser. I used to love this and I think I stopped using it as I was coming to the end of the tube. Recently I heard that this was a good dupe of the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish which is something I've been wanting to try for a while, I decided i'd pick this up and give it another try. First of all, I love the calming scent which works well with a hot muslin cloth, it's relaxing and feels like a real treat at the end of the day. This has been repackaged and renamed but I will be going back to pick this up, it is now called The Ultimelt Deep Purifying Hot Cloth Cleanser.

The second product in skincare is the Garnier Fresh Essentials Moisturiser. I decided to try this as it was on offer on Feel Unique and it looks very similar to another Garnier moisturiser that I love. I think I may have already mentioned this in a previous post but I can't decide which I love more. They're both super hydrating and light on the skin, however I think this may sink in a little quicker. If you're looking for a new moisturiser to keep your skin soft and hydrated during the colder months, i'd definitely recommend this! It's roughly around £2 to £3 and I believe you can pick it up in supermarkets like Tesco and Asda.

For fashion, it had to be these pointed boots from Dorothy Perkins. These have been my go-to everyday as they're comfortable and look great. I'm quite short and so are my legs so I feel like the point elongates them, is that a thing? Haha! I've worn these so much already and there is hardly any signs of wear so I can tell these are going to last me a good while, yay!

Does a series count as a lifestyle favourite? My brother recently got Amazon Prime so I've sneakily been using his account to watch Parks and Recreation, he probably knows but we'll pretend he doesn't- haha! I had heard lots about this series, saying it's a must watch- it is! Amy Poehler is hilarious as Leslie, I love her!
I don't want to attempt to describe it as quite frankly I don't want to ruin it, but i'm sure a quick Google search will entice you! I'm gutted as only three series are on Amazon Prime at the moment, lets hope they add more!

Last but certainly not least, YouTubers! Seeing as it's been Vlogtober, there have been quite a lot of daily vlogs to watch. There have been a couple that have stood out to me, Diary Of A Spendaholic and Lily Melrose. Both very different, but I love so go check them out. In terms of general videos, I've been loving Laura Black(she's hilarious and absolutely stunning!) and Gem Lo Valentine(She is also beautiful and I love her style!) If you'd like to check them out then click on each of their names to take you straight to their channels!

And that's a wrap of what I've been loving this October. Be sure to check out Pastel Blasts Beauty and see what she's been loving this month too!

Weekend Morning Routine | Autumn 2015

I love routine videos, so I thought I would convert one of my favourite types of videos into a blog post. I decided I would share my weekend morning routine with you as I don't really have a work morning routine, most of the time it's just a huge rush to get out of the door. However, on the weekend I like to take it easy- it's much more chilled out.

I usually wake up naturally around 8:30-9am, although I always set my alarm for 10am the night before. I hate waking up past 10/10:30, it makes me feel so gross and lazy! When I was in my mid-teens, most weekends I woke up past 12, which seems crazy now! After a good roll around and when i'm a little more alert, the first thing I do is go to the toilet, wash my hands, brush my teeth then carry out my morning skincare routine.

Cue apologies for poor lighting, therefore poor quality photos. I'm sorry!
My morning skincare routine usually consists of The Body Shop Tea Tree Facial Wash. This is perfect for the morning as I find it's quite cooling on the skin, the scent wakes me up and it fights against spots as Tea Tree has anti-bacterial properties.
While my pores are open, i'll move onto the Garnier Fresh Refining Toner. At first, I wasn't fussed on this as I was used to a Simple toner and this is very strong in comparison- it smells so strong of alcohol so I haven't even attempted putting it near my eyes. I focus this mainly on the pores around my nose and on the forehead as this is a mattifying toner.
To finish up I will use the Garnier Fresh Essential Day Cream, I bought this as it looked similar to my much loved Garnier Moisture Match and I wanted to try something different. I love this equally as it is very hydrating, it's like your skin has had a huge glass of water!

I allow this to sink in while I head downstairs for breakfast. On the weekends I usually opt for toast or cereal, i'm definitely not adventurous with my breakfast. However, on this day I decided to have a toasted bagel and a cup of lemon green tea in my new mug. How cute is this!? I got it this week from Sainsbury's.
Whilst having my breakfast I will laze around a little bit on the sofa, I will either be catching up on TV programmes missed throughout the week, usually Release The Hounds like i'm doing now, haha! Or I will be catching up on YouTube or some of my favourite blogs via Bloglovin.

Around 11am I will decide it's time to get up and get ready for the day. My makeup, hair and outfit totally depend on what i'm doing that day. If i'm just catching up with friends and shopping, i'll opt for my everyday makeup routine and just add a neutral eye look and a dark lip during the Autumn. However, if i'm staying in I won't put any on my face. If i'm going out my hair will usually be down and a bit wavy, I use my curling wand for this and if i'm stay in, up in a bobble it will go!
On this day, I opted for black high waisted jeans, a mustard jumper and my favourite camel and navy checkered scarf. Comfy and casual!

I'll usually head out the door around 12pm and get on with my day!

ARE YOU AN EARLY BIRD?

How I Clean My Brushes | Two Simple Ways!

A little while a go I shared with you guys a handful of my favourite face and eye brushes to apply my makeup with. In order to get a good application it is important that your brushes are clean otherwise your makeup wont blend well and you'll be left with lasts weeks product on your face which is especially not good.

Makeup brushes harbour bacteria so you don't want to be putting that on your face otherwise it'll lead to breakouts or even infections. There isn't an amount of time set in stone on when you should clean your brushes, in an ideal world we would after every use but that's just not possible for most. So for this post, I thought i'd share with you a couple of ways I clean mine.

As I said, I for one do not have enough time to wash my brushes on a daily basis. However, if I find my brushes aren't blending my makeup as they usually would and I don't have enough time to wash and wait a long time for them to dry, I will do a spot clean. This consists of my makeup remover and a cotton pad, it's pretty simple.

I'll simply take the Garnier Micellar Water and put a bit on a cotton pad that I've split in half. I'll use one half for cleaning and the other half to dry. I tend to swirl my brush around on the cotton pad until the majority of the makeup has come off, next I'll take the dry cotton pad and do the same to dry the brush. I'll do this the night before or an hour or so before so that they can dry properly.

Now for the deep clean. I've heard lots of people say that they hate cleaning their brushes but personally I don't mind, I actually quite enjoy it. I used to just take a little baby shampoo on my palm and dampen the brush under the tap and swirl until the water runs clear.

However, when reading a blog I saw that they were using a silicone oven mitt, I know it seems a little odd at first. They said they got the idea as they're a similar, cheaper alternative to the Sigma Brush Cleaner. The bristles get in between the little ridges on the mitt that actually clean them really well, I was so impressed at how clean my brushes looked and how soft they felt once I had tried it.

I will do the same process as I mentioned earlier, just with the mitt. First I will take some baby shampoo on the mitt, I will then dampen the brush under the tap and swirl on the glove til the water runs clear. To rid the brush of shampoo I will rinse it under the luke warm tap then either pop it bristles facing downwards in a brush stand or lay them to dry on a towel over night. Though, its better to stand the brushes with bristles facing downwards as the water will run away and prevent the glue from dissolving.

For sponges, its a little different. I must admit my sponge is on its way out, its starting to crack a bit and is really stained. I tend to do the same process for brushes but instead I use this Body Shop Tea Tree Cleanser as Tea Tree kills bacteria, therefore I know although my sponge is stained, I am hopefully killing the bacteria. I will the leave it to dry on the towel with the rest of my brushes.

And there you have it, a couple of simple ways to cleanse your brushes. Nothing too hard, time consuming or expensive! I'd love to know whether you have any techniques or tricks on how you clean yours, let me know!

April Favourites | Makeup, Skincare, Fashion and more!

It's favourites time! I feel like I haven't done one of these posts in a while and considering there's a few new and old things I've been loving I thought I'd share them with you. I'm going to split these into categories and first up is makeup.

Fairly recently I picked up the MUA pressed powder in what I believe is the darkest colour, shade 4. And yes you're probably thinking if you're a regular reader of my blog- but you're pale!? I actually bought this as I heard it was a good shade for contouring and as I wanted to get into contouring and sculpting my face I thought this was a good call for only £1! I've been using this with a light hand using the Real Techniques Duo-Fibre contour brush and it's been great for adding warmth and life to my face, though I've not quite grasped contouring, I'll keep going at it!

Next is skincare and I've actually gone back to an old favourite the Garnier Moisture Match moisturiser for combination and oily skin. I nearly always pick this up when I see it on offer as you can usually get it for half the price. As my Origins Gin Zing moisturiser is running out I started to use this one again as my skins been very combination recently with a few dry and oily patches so this has been perfect for hydration and combating oils, although I would say this doesn't make my skin look matte like the writing on the packaging suggests.

There have been a couple of things in terms of fashion which are both in fact from Primark that I've been loving.

First is these gorgeous grey suede pointed flats that have cross over straps. I've been wanting a neutral pair of pointed flats for a while and after scouring many websites, I thought i'd pop into Primark to have a look. They did not disappoint, as soon as I saw these I got down on the floor to search for a size 5, lone and behold just that, right at the back! These were only £6 I believe and I'm completely smitten.

I've wanted a black pair of Topshop Joni jeans for a while and after nearly caving and spending £40 on jeans that should last, I heard Primark had a rival for only £10- what!? I'm so glad I picked them up, they fit almost perfect all over and are so comfortable. I must go back and pick up another pair and see if they have any other colours. Fingers crossed they do a white pair!? Apologies as I don't have a picture as I stupidly put them in the wash just before taking pictures!

Last up is miscellaneous as I had no idea what to call this category but basically I've been loving Spring. The past couple of weeks the weather has been gorgeous in Wales, I think Summer came early? I've loved brighter mornings and lighter evenings, they give me the boost to just get up and go- as cringey as that sounds.

I've also been enjoying lighting more Spring/Summer appropriate candles and both these have been my long standing favourites for a while, Yankee Candle Simply Home Sunlight on Snow and Pink Sands. Granted the first doesn't have a very spring appropriate name but the scent is light and fresh which is ideal and Pink Sands is the most gorgeous sweet-smelling scent I've come across. Definitely thinking of getting both these in jars soon!

There you have it, a run down of my favourites this month. I look forward to what May has to offer as we move more into Summer, let's hope for less stress and lovely weather!

What have you been loving this month?

Fashion, Beauty and Homeware Haul | January 2015

I'd been waiting for the Boxing Day and January sales for the whole of December seeing as my purse wasn't in the best state, I love a bargain so was excited to see what the sales had to offer. I can't be the only one right?

Though I didn't find as much as I'd of liked to, I thought I'd still share what I've accumulated recently.

I'm not one for in store clothing sales, I just imagine rails of unwanted clothes with the odd few gems, but damn it- it's not in your size! I did brave a few shops on Boxing Day before work but I didn't find anything so resorted online.
First up is this lovely pale pink fluffy jumper, which I must admit I didn't really need but I really liked it and thought it would be comfy and casual to throw on with jeans for college or shopping. It was also down to £5 from H&M, such a bargain!
Like I said I didn't find much in the way of clothes so lastly I bought a white oversized T-Shirt(I haven't pictured as it is pretty basic). Again I thought it would be a perfect go to casual piece to throw on in a rush with leggings or tucked loosely into jeans! I believe this was £4.

Moving onto beauty, I was planning on splurging a little on whats considered 'high end'. After browsing the sale and finding many products that I wanted sold out *huge sighs* I found this Origins sample set- perfect as there was quite  few items in the set I wanted to give a go. I'll have a review on this set next week, so keep your eyes peeled for my thoughts on that! This was down from £35 I believe to £22ish, which is no longer available I'm afraid.

Seeing as I had a boots voucher to spend, I thought I'd purchase a couple of items on my to-buy list. I've wanted the Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge to a while now, seeing as a few Youtubers have raved about it- not to mention their foundation looked flawless. So it went straight into my basket as soon as I got my hands on it for £5.99.

Apparently my fingers are very red and stumpy, hope this gives some idea of what the colour shows up as on the skin.
Desperately in need of a new blush the Sleek blush in Rose Gold went in my basket. Its a gorgeous coral pink with beautiful shimmer and after I bought it, I heard its a dupe for Nars Orgasm! This was only £4.49 too, a steal!

I also spent the Argos voucher I had for Christmas on the Urban Decay Naked 2 palette dupe, the W7 In the Buff palette, here (which is also available on Amazon, here). Let me know if you'd like to see a review and/or a look with this palette.

Lastly in terms of beauty a couple of repurchases, the Garnier Moisture Match in Shine Be Gone and Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water. My skin definitely loves Garnier, I repurchased both of these more than a few times last year!

Moving onto homeware, I picked up a couple of pieces from H&M Home online. Who doesn't love rabbits? *rolls eyes at anybody who moves to raise their hand* I couldn't leave this cute pair, a rabbit and a squirrel printed on candle jars, so sweet and only £1 in the sale!

I have a slight problem when it comes to buying duvet covers for my bed, I cannot stop.
I can never have enough but this will be my last for a long while as i'm trying to save money.
Such a pretty floral and bird print on a duck egg blue background, around £13 in the sale at Dunelm.

The last in homeware and final in this haul is this. I love how this eyelash printed dish looks on my dressing table though I'm not entirely sure what to use it for. Let me know otherwise this'll have to just look pretty without a use. At only around £3 though, it's not that big of an issue!

What have you picked up recently?

If you'd like to see what I thought on the Origins Skincare set then stay tuned til next week via bloglovin' as I shall be posting a review with my thoughts then.

Much Love,

P.S. I have linked the ones that I can find and that are still available.

Empties | Quick Product Reviews

Hello!

After rounding up a few finished products, I thought i'd give you an empties post! There isn't too much here as I don't tend to use up products that quickly and I wouldn't want this post to be too lengthy or boring by including unnecessary products! Without further ado I'll start here..

Garnier Moisture Match in Shine Be Gone.
I love this moisturiser, it has got to be my favourite! It's a perfect texture for me and locks in the hydration for 24 hours and my skin feels feather-like- i'm not kidding! I don't necessarily think this leaves my skin mattified but I do not look like a grease-ball once used so I can't complain! I purchased the one with SPF in for protection over the warmer months and I could not wait to repurchase this again, although the SPF one wasn't bad.

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water.
Another Garnier product, I've discovered that my skin really gets on with Garnier so i'll definitely continue to try their products. This was no exception, I was so impressed with how well this dissolved my makeup and left my skin feeling clear of makeup and cleansed, although you can use this without washing the product off I still follow it up with a cleanser of which you'll see in this empties post. Overall, I can't fault it and it's very affordable!

Collection Lasting Perfection concealer.
Do I need to say anymore? A concealer that is constantly raved about and I can see why! This covers pretty much all of my blemishes and dark under eyes! This is perfect for blemishes and although it covers dark circles it does tend to crease a little after a long while. I'm yet to find the perfect concealer for under eyes though so this is doing the job for now and I'll repurchase again and again!

Soap and Glory Scub of your Life.
Before I had the full-size of this and then a mini, I didn't really use body scrubs- oops! But i'll definitely be repurchasing this as it made my skin so smooth ready for moisturising and it smells great! I've seen there is a scrub which is lime scented, I may have to give that one a go too!

Garnier PureActive Foam Wash.
I'm sure you've seen this mentioned here on my blog before but if not you can see a review here. This is a great wash for the morning as it has quite a strong scent so definitely wakes you up! I find this is great for when I have more blemishes as it gives such a deep cleanse and it seems to reduce the redness and get rid of them quicker. This is another product i'll be buying again!

Lush Tea Tree Toner Water. (For some reason the picture didn't transport, but it can be seen above or below)
After having a few more blemishes I decided to opt for this to not only refresh my face but as it contains Tea Tree will act as an anti-bacterial, keeping my skin refreshed and cleansed at the same time. I really enjoyed using this product, especially during the warmer months as you get a little sweaty, disgusting I know but it happens to us all! My only bug bare with this is that as it is natural it doesn't last a very long time so i'm glad I purchased the smaller bottle of this, although I think i'll repurchase this when I next pop into Lush!

That's all of my empties done and dusted! I love seeing empties post as it gives an insight of whether somebody actually enjoyed using the product and to see whether they'd actually repurchase it, so I hope you liked this post! Let me know if you'd like to see my next batch of empties and i'll be sure to save them up for a post!

Until next time,

Amy X

My thoughts: Garnier

Hello!
Recently I've noticed a brand creeping in to my skincare routine and that of course is Garnier, as you can tell from the title of this post. I didn't really have an opinion on Garnier skincare as I had never really tried any of their products but my sister had bought the Moisture Match moisturiser in Shine Be Gone and I took a fancy to it, and I've gathered more products from there.

At the time I was experiencing super oily skin and I wasn't handling it well, I washed my face as much as I could and skipped moisturising as I thought it would make my skin more oily. Wrong! I can't even begin with how much I suffered by doing this, I had increasingly oily skin from cleansing as often as I could- simply as my skin was overworking to restore the oils I was taking from it. Also from not moisturising as often as I should I had a combination of oil and dry patches, not the best look! Anyway moving swiftly on..

Garnier Moisture Match- Superdrug thought it would be great to security wrap the right one- why?!
That's why its taped and ugly.
Shine Be Gone(left, yes I cut the tube to get the very last out(you'll see this in an empties post)
Protect and Glow(right)
I purchased the Garnier Moisture Match moisturiser in Shine Be Gone as I had tested it while my sister was using it. Needless to say it gave my skin the moisture it needed which lasts for 24 hours but also eliminated the amount of shine. I love this moisturiser and actually cut the tube in half to use the reminants until I went to purchase a new one. As the weather is getting warmer and the sun is actually out, I opted for the Protect and Glow version which has SPF 20 in to protect me from the rays! The consistency is a little different but the mosituriser is oil-free so it's perfect for my skin type! I'm not loving it as much as the Shine Be Gone version but I like it, I am going to repurchase my original when i'm next in Boots.
Garnier PureActive foaming facial wash
I've actually now ran out of this, so have a picture this facial wash featured in.
Another Garnier product I've loved using is a product you may of seen on my blog previously, is the PureActive foaming facial wash. I'm not going to go into depth on this product but I love using this when I need a deep cleanse and usually to wake me up in the morning. You can see more of my thoughts on this product here.

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water- (a trickle left in the bottom)
I just realised, this is the 4th product i'm going to talk about and the last. I suppose you could say this is not enough to say I love the brand but I do really like it and would like to try much more!
Last but not least is the Garnier(obviously) Micellar Cleansing Water, which I was so eager to try! I heard good things about the L'Oreal one although apparently it's harsh on the eyes, so I held back and Garnier brought out a very similar idea! I loved the thought of this being effectively like a makeup wipe but better for your skin, I was all up for that and I love it! After ditching the makeup wipes and using this I've noticed such an improvement in my skin, I've noticed less spots and healthier looking skin! I'm on the last dreads of the bottle and I can't wait to go and purchase another so i'm not without it! I'd definitely recommend as an alternative to makeup removing wipes!

Of course I'd recommend all these products if you feel like you're having similar problems to what I had, they're definitely worth a try as they're so affordable too(bonus!) I'm always having a look at Garnier products to see what new I can add to my 'collection'. I'd especially like to try the 5 Second Perfect Blur primer as I'm on the hunt for an affordable primer to conceal my pores that I like(or don't like more like) to call craters in my face. I'd love to know if any of you have tried it and what you thought. Also if you could recommend any Garnier products?

That's all for now, thank you for making it to the end of this post(if you did)..

Until next time,

Amy X
